I’m pretty proud about this. Almost 2 years ago a friend from college messaged me about CrossFit asking basic questions about the program. He started doing it on his own following my instructions and we had regular Q&A sessions about everything CrossFit. Since he’s been training fellow Firefighters and friends in the South Padre Island / Brownsville area. Last week he officially started CrossFit Brownsville.
