Bench Press: 5 sets of 3 @ 90% of 3RM

Teams of 3, starting one after another, for 5 rounds each:
15 Cal Row
40 DU (Scale 60 singles)
Partner A goes first starting on row, once partner A completes row they move to DU and partner B starts Row. And so one following each other station to station.

Back Squat: 2 sets of 3 @ 70%

4 sets (drop b/n moves to shake out hands and reset) Focus on a connected core… work your hollow/arch positions
-3 strict CTB PU
-5 Kipping CTB PU
-7 Butterfly CTB PU
-10 HSPU w/ deficit if able
rest minimally between sets
