36 Alt. DB Snatch (50/35)
16 Burpee Box Overs (30/24)

*one partner working at a time, split reps as desired

Extra

-5 min – EMOM: Power clean + FS + Push press, building
-rest 1 min.
-9 min. – Every 90 sec. (6 sets): Full clean + Power jerk building
-rest 1 min.
-4 min. to find max full clean thruster

Accumulate 50 kipping HSPU (3 min cap, no hard descents, if you lose control you’re done)
