Conditioning
In teams of two, complete 2 Rounds for Reps:
60 sec each of Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
60 sec each of HR Push-Ups
60 sec each of Bike for Cal
60 sec each of Push Press (95/65)
60 sec each of Toes to Bar

One partner working at a time. Partner A works for entire 60 seconds, and then other partner does same movement for 60 seconds. Each rounds will take 10 minutes x 2 rounds.
