WOD

In teams of 3, rotating stations, 4 AMRAPs in 3 min:
15 Cal Row
10 Thrusters (95/65)
40 DU
Rest 3 Minutes,  pick up where you left off.

Each athlete starts at a different station and rotates when all 3 finish. Work for 3 minutes, rest for 3 minutes, pick up where you left off.

Extra

Snatch: Every 90 sec: 60/2, 70/2, 75/2, 80/2, 85/2, 88/1, 92/1, 95/1, 98/1

Clean & Jerk: Every 90 sec: 60/2, 70/2, 80/2, 85/1, 90/1, 94/1, 97/1

Front Squat: 60/3, 70/3, 75/3, 80/3*4 sets
