NO CLASSES SATURDAY!

Don’t forget, the gym is closed Saturday for the PODM UP Spring Classic. Spectators are Free, and it’s open to everyone. Come hang out and watch some great lifting!

We have Youth & Masters Women lifting at 8AM. Youth & Masters Men lifting at 10AM. And then the main sessions of Women and Men starting at 12AM and 2PM.

Jog 400M for warmup.

7 Rounds for Time:
12 Jumping Squats
9 Burpees
Rest 1 Minute between rounds

*Find a Partner and alternate rounds if you want. Scale Jumping Squats to normal Air Squats if needed. Post your time to the comments.
