12-15 Abwheel Rollout

*scale with 8-10 Box Dips or banded dips

Conditioning
EMOM x 12 Minutes (3 Rounds) – Record lowest rep round:
(1) Double Unders
(2) V-Ups
(3) Russian KBS (70/53)
(4) Side Plank Hip Taps*

*switch sides at 20sec – combine reps on both sides
