1 50lb Dumbbell
1 35lb Dumbbell
Buy-In & Buy-Out: 50 Abmat Situps Each

*Team can carry items any way they choose. Situps to be done in unison sounded off by the team leader. Optional: 20lb weight vest or body armor.
