12 Bent Over Reverse Fly
10 DB Bench Press
12 Elevated Reverse Lunges (6ea)*
30 sec Side Plank (e/side-30+30)

*Start reverse lunges on 45lb plate and lunge to the floor and up. light to medium weight.
**Start light and build to heavy on Fly and Bench
