Weekend Schedule

Friday – 5:30AM, 6:30AM, 8:30AM
NO AFTERNOON CLASSES. The Club Championship starts at 5:45PM.
Saturday – 9:30 WOD at Collin Park Marina Beach. Try to be there early. Bring a little cash for the park entrance, bring floatees and extra life vests, bring chairs, etc. Friends and Family Welcome.


Extra) Good Mornings 5X7

1) Shoulder Press 5X3

2) In teams of two, partners will alternate full rounds to complete 5 rounds each of:
7 Push Press (115/75)
12 V-Ups

Recovery Day – If you feel the itch, do some light technique work and row a little before doing some mobility work.
