1b) 3X12 GHD Hip Extensions – Medium, rest 30 sec.
1c) 3X12 Lunges (front rack) – same weight as last week, rest 30 sec.
1d) 3X1 minute ME Strict Pullups – rest 30 sec.
1e) Row 250M – as fast as possible , rest 30 sec.
Mobility for remainder of class.
