15 Min of Snatch Balance Practice (w/ perfect technique)
3 Rounds of:
30 Double Unders
20ft Handstand Walk (Scale as Needed)
10 Unbroken Hang Snatch (Full Squat, use weight that allows near perfect technique)
NOT FOR TIME, FOCUS ON QUALITY OF MOVEMENT
10 Min of Mobility
