I think our new system will work well. Lot’s of questions and confused looks but I think most workouts will result with there being an obvious choice of which option you should choose. Remember, the different choices are simply a guide, and each option is designed to take you to the next level.

Mobility and Recovery

Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills from Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills from Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
Choose 2-3 Lower Extremity Mobility Drills from Mobility WOD and spend 10-12 minutes with them.
