Strength
Clean and Jerk: 15 minutes to find heavy single with no misses. If you miss, drop 15-20lb and complete 3 singles.

Conditioning
3 Rounds of:
AMRAP in 4 min:
8 UB Hang Power Clean (95/65)
4 Pushups

Rest 4 min between AMRAPs
Rx+ = Ring Dips

Extra
15 min HS Walk and HS Free-standing hold practice

EMOM x 8 min:
8 TNG Power Snatch (75/55)
6 Burpee Over Bar
