NO 5:30PM OR 6:30PM CLASSES TODAY – YOU WILL HAVE THE OPTION TO MAKE UP THE FOLLOWING WORK LATER THIS WEEK.

We have some prior and current military, fire rescue, and police officers among you. I would be happy to display banners from different branches, units, etc. If you have something you can donate to be put on display, bring it in. Even if it’s your father’s/husband’s/wife’s/friend’s etc. Bring one in. I want to eventually line the ceiling with flags. A Texas flag would be appropriate as well!

No. Ken is NOT peeing in the corner. Sure does look like it though!

Each year in the United States Navy, a highly qualified and elite cadre of Sailors are selected and promoted to the join the ranks of Chief Petty Officer. Since 1893, “The Chiefs” have been relied upon by subordinates and superiors alike for their personal example, technical expertise and above all, their unique leadership capabilities. CrossFit thought it appropriate to inaugurate “The Chief” in honor and recognition of all past and present CPOs. Thanks to them and their families for their self-sacrifice, ability to adapt, tireless dedication to mission and devotion to country.
