Starting next week Monday we will be having a FREE introductory class immediately following the 6:30PM class. We will have one each Monday as needed. This will be the only time for potential members to take their first class, unless circumstances require them to attend a group class. This allows for us to spend more one on one time with first time participants and allows them to experience it with other first timers. If you know someone who has been wanting to try CrossFit but hasn’t pulled the trigger, this is an excellent way to take their first class! Please let them know about it!
