Would you be interested in a Kids Program? “CubFit” as Laura wants to call it… would most likely start as one class per week on Tuesday evenings at 6:30PM, while the regular 6:30 class is going. The age range will be 4-12 (exceptions will be made case by case).

High Bar Back Squat: 1X5 @ 75%, 1X3 @ 80%, 3X3 @ 85% – rest 2:00
NOTES: Percentage should be based off of your most recent 1RM Squat.
