Starting tomorrow we will have a 9:00AM class in addition to the current morning classes. Also, the 4:30PM Open gym is now a regular class, and open gym has moved to 3:30PM (MTWF). The schedule is updated reflect these changes.

15 minutes to establish a 1RM Weighted Strict Pullup.
Notes: With any grip. The pullup should begin with a 3 second pause with the arms fully extended, hanging beneath the bar. If you use a band, use the least assistance possible for 1 rep.
