Apparently my plead for chalk control lead to a few people trying clean their sidewalk chalk markings off the mats post WOD. As some of you learned, it doesn’t work. Of course it doesn’t help that I posted that, then programmed a workout that requires you guys to turn into this guy. My bad.

10 Min to Practice Snatch First Pull + Hang Snatch
Work on hitting a PERFECT position at the knee.


4 Rounds for Time:
6 Hang Snatch (full squat) 95/65#
8 HR Push-ups
12 Sit-ups


1) 7×1 Snatch from blocks (just above knee) – heavy but perfect, rest 60 sec.

2) 7×1 Clean from blocks (just above knee) + 1 Jerk – heavy but perfect, rest 60 sec.
