COVID-19 Update / WED18MAR2020

SUMMARY

  • We plan to stay open as long as we can to continue to serve our community through small group classes, personal training, and remote coaching as safely as possible. However, we do encourage everyone to stay home as much as possible and only come to the gym if it’s necessary or if you are considered low risk and have little to no contact with others that are high risk.
  • We are now offering remote coaching to current clients at no extra charge.
    Remote Includes:

    • Goal setting and planning session for the near future.
    • Daily call/chat with your assigned coach.
    • Customized recommendations for the WOD
    • and much more…
  • Workouts will not be posted on website going forward. They will be sent to all members and include 3 versions of the daily workout…
    • Home&Gym: for those with a gym or gym equipment.
    • DB & KB: for those with access to DBs and/or KBs.
    • Bodyweight: for those with no equipment.
  • Should anything change we will contact everyone as soon as possible!

NOTES: 

  • Remote signup not required to get the daily workouts & videos. All members will get those. Remote is for those wanting more support and specificity.
  • Remote Guidance will be based on membership type (i.e 12 class per month members will get 3 guided sessions per week)
  • Punch Card Members will not have access to Remote
  • FastFit Members will also have access to remote with personalized FastFit workouts based on their membership type (8/mo or 12/mo)
