Don’t miss Friday. We will be doing August’s Benchmark. It’s been a while since we’ve done a Monthly Benchmark. For the noobs, this means we will do the same workout twice, at the start at of the month, and again end of the month. This way you will see your improvement for the month.

WOD & Competition Training

1) “CrossFit Wylie Intro WOD”

For time:
Run 400M
30 Squats
30 Abmat Situps
15 Pullup
15 Pushups

2) 10 minutes of weakness training
What’s the one thing you DON’T want to see in a WOD? Spend 10 minutes working on it. 

3) 10 minutes of mobility
What’s the one position (squat, overhead, front rack, etc.) you struggle with the most? Spend 10 minutes working on it.
