Weekend Schedule

Friday – 5:30AM, 6:30AM, 8:30AM ONLY – Club Champ start at 6pm. Check out event page for heat list.
Saturday – Hotshots 19 Memorial WOD at 10AM. Donate on their site, join us Saturday to honor the fallen. (Will be in heats. First come first serve. Need to leave early, be there early.)
Sunday – Weightlifting Seminar with Donny Shankle
Monday – Limited schedule due to Holiday. Details TBD.
