Gov. Abbott has signed an executive order requiring all Gyms to close through April 3rd. This means we cannot conduct any classes or training on the property starting Fri Mar 20 through Apr 03.
REMOTE COACHING
As we announced earlier this week, we are offering remote coaching to all active members. We want to do our part to keep you healthy and fit during this craziness. Let us coach you through home workouts and keep you on track. To take advantage of the Remote Coaching Program, Sign Up Here.
EQUIPMENT RENTAL
We will be renting out equipment for active members at no charge. This will be limited to strength equipment (DBs, KBs, Bars, Plates, Med-balls, etc), no bikes, racks, etc. We want to spread out the availability to as many people as possible, so we will limit what people take based on the availability of the item requested, thanks for understanding!
PLEASE DO NOT COME IN AND TAKE ANYTHING WITHOUT STEVE OR CHRIS CHECKING YOU OUT
We will have set times each day for picking up / dropping off equipment. We will announce these as they are set.
GRACE PHYSICAL THERAPY
Laura’s Physical Therapy practice will remain open, by appointment only, for the time being. Please refer to her site for scheduling appointments. It’s a perfect time to fix those nagging little issues or get more flexible! 😉
